A night to remember!
Saturday October 13, 2012 $3060.00 was raised for Kim Maibaum. It could not have been done without the continued support of friends and family. To all those who donated time or money, we thank you. Blaine and Chloe Zollinger are the lucky winners of a beautiful art piece,"Greenriver in Red." From the Legends of Fall Collection by Jim Parrish. We thank him for his donation. For those who were unable to make it please take a moment to view the slide show and video below to lean a little more about Kim and her situation.

DONATION INFORMATION
Donations are NOT tax deductible
A Special Needs Trust (SNT) has been established to receive gifts with Kim as the beneficiary. An SNT is a trust that can supplement Kim’s needs while allowing her to maintain her governmental benefits. As used in the Trust, “supplemental needs” refers to the requisites for maintaining Kim’s comfort, and happiness when, in the discretion of the Trustee, such requisites are not being provided by any public agency, office or department of the State of Utah, or of any other state, or of the United States or by any private agency. The intent of this trust is to create a supplemental and emergency fund for Kim’s benefit and not to displace assistance that may otherwise be available to her through or from various governmental assistance programs. Any assets remaining in the trust at the time of Kim’s passing will be distributed to The Learning Center for the Deaf in Framingham, MA.
To deposit money into the account, one simply need go to any Wells Fargo branch and indicate the proper name. The name is long and in the teller search it is found as: "Kimberly Ann Maibaum Special" .The person needs to mention that that account is in Utah. Zip code 84321. Once found the whole trust name will come up: Kimberly Ann Maibaum Special Needs Trust.
(We're working to have a payment option on-line, but right now we can't seem to find a way around the merchant fee. More info to come.)
